Brought up at Ashiya,Hyogo. Lives in New York. Koichiro KURITA made his commitment to photography early in life. At age of 40, KURITA began to emerge as a fine art photographer. First solo exhibition in 1990 in the United States. In 1993 KURITA moved from Japan to New York. President of Fotosphere. Photographer with own style of artistic and constructive style resulting in the communication with nature and movement of vision. Also with own approach to the object through visual psychology, which he specializes since school days. Works collectionned by BnF (French national library), MEP (European photography house),Boston museum and others. Keen recently on alternative process, especially on large sized prints under complete quality control method.
